Therapy for adults and couples
welcome
I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for help takes a tremendous amount of strength and courage. I’m passionate about helping people create positive and lasting change in their lives.
Hi, I’m claire.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (114602). I have extensive and unique experience providing treatment for adults, families and couples. I have worked at counseling centers and residential treatment facilities throughout California. I pull from the top evidenced based treatment modalities to tailor therapy to your specific needs allowing you to feel relief sooner. I know how healing a comfortable therapeutic space can be. I create this space for my clients so that growth can occur.
I’ve discovered that there isn’t just one effective way to approach therapy—there’s no “one size fits all” approach that works for everyone. For this reason, I combine my experience with my knowledge of evidence and research-based therapy techniques to provide my clients with a unique and individualized treatment plan. Each session will be tailored to your goals.
When working with me, you can expect a straightforward communication, humor, and compassion so that we can make the best use of our time together.

Fees
My fee for psychotherapy is $190 per individual session and $250 for a couples or family session. I do offer a free 15 minute phone consultation before the first session to see if we’ll be a good fit.
Note: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
